Winners Announced !

Well, first let me say thank you to all who entered my giveaway and all of you
reading the tutorial. I have received 100's of emails with tons of questions and comments. You all have been so kind and encouraging...those of you asking about the possibility of a rug hooking instructional book...well I am looking into that !!! I have MANY more lessons planned for the blog and the next one will be up later tonight.

Okay, okay, I know you tuned in to see who the lucky winners are and believe me, I spent the morning feverishly adding all those last minute entries from yesterday...

And good thing to, since the 1st place winner was Primitives By Old Lady Morgan...Congratulations. She will be getting the rug hooking kit which includes the pattern, "My Sampler Square", a Hungry Hook Primitives original design on monks cloth plus her choice of wools in the Old Glory Pack or Cinnamon Sand Pack.
2nd place prize goes to Jean over at Primcrafts and she will win the pattern on monks cloth, but she will either need to buy some wool from me (wink, wink) or get her own wool to finish the project.

3rd place prize goes to Patti over at Raspberry Lane Primitives and she will receive the original pattern on Red Dot Paper which will allow her to transfer the pattern onto the  foundation of her choice.

A note of caution to all the winners...This pattern is a Hungry Hook Primitives Original and cannot be reproduced for sale. You are welcome to use the pattern for personal use, but you may not sell the pattern. Of course you can sell the finished product, but please remember to give credit to the artist and not take credit yourself...Not that I think any of these sweet gals would do that, but the hubs says I need to protect my hiney, so now I am covered !!!

Ok...so those of you who were biting your nails and pacing back & forth hoping to win...well, I haven't forgotten about ya !!! As promised I will be offering the kit above for sale for $33.00 which includes the pattern on monks cloth, all the wool you will need to complete it and even includes shipping . You will just need to tell me what color scheme you want. If you would like something different, like maybe a Christmas color scheme, just ask and I will try to make your rug hooking dreams come true...Ok, perhaps that was a bit over the top, but you seee what I mean...I want you to have colors you like.

OK, so the complete kit for "My Sampler Square" is 33.00 and if you just want the pattern on monks cloth it will be $18.50 (shipping included). Just want the paper on Red Dot ? That's gonna be $5.50.

Now, some of you wanted to know if I would be offering other kits, wool, pattern etc. The answer is YES. I will be posting those later on today, so check back.

Also the next tutorial lesson will be up this evening. Until then, keep those questions and comments coming. Future lessons include "Color Planning my Rug", "Texture's The Name of The Game", "Garment Deconstruction", "Into the Dye Pot" and more.

See ya later today folks...
-Margie
